Despite having well-structured client data and investment strategies stored in Salesforce, the property discovery process remained heavily manual. Across the team, buyer’s agents were spending over 20 hours per week searching for suitable properties across constrained geographies. This slowed delivery, pushed client wait times out to seven to eleven weeks, and reduced the time agents could spend on high-value advisory work.
At the same time, Right Property Group held a significant competitive advantage in its internal expertise. Years of experience had shaped clear qualification criteria for what makes a property viable. Much of this logic was repeatable and rules-based, but it lived in the heads of senior agents rather than in a system. This created bottlenecks, blind spots, and limited the firm’s ability to scale without adding headcount.

The Approach
FlowstateAI partnered with Right Property Group to design and build a Centralised Property Enrichment Engine, powered by the Domain API as the core property data feed and integrated directly with Salesforce.
The engagement focused on capturing and codifying RPG’s property qualification logic into a flexible rules-based system. Using live and structured property data from Domain, the engine continuously scans broader geographic markets at scale, evaluates listings against RPG’s qualification rules, and matches qualified opportunities to live client data stored in Salesforce.
Rather than replacing agents, the system was designed to support them. It produces curated shortlists rather than raw listings, allowing buyer’s agents to apply professional judgement, validate opportunities, and engage clients faster and with greater confidence.
The solution was architected as a foundation, enabling future expansion into urgent off-market deal analysis and deeper AI-driven evaluation.
